On December 20, a landmark event took place – the first presentation of the international Hugs of Kindness award, which is a continuation of the ideas and values of the Ukrainian Hero Dogs project . This award is intended to recognize those who, through their actions – together with animals or on their own – inspire, save, and make the world more humane.
Founded in 2023, the Ukrainian Dogs Heroes project tells the stories of dogs that have performed heroic deeds alongside humans or on their own. These stories became the basis for the creation of the Hugs of Kindness award and its official anthem, the video for which was presented during the event.
The role of V.O.G DOG SALON in the event
This year, our V.O.G DOG SALON network joined the team of project partners .
The V.O.G DOG SALON team took on an important and responsible role – they prepared some of the hero dogs for the award ceremony for free. Professional groomers provided a full-fledged grooming to make the tailed participants of the event feel comfortable and look well-groomed on this special day.
For V.O.G DOG SALON, such participation was not just a partnership, but a sincere contribution to an event with a deep meaning. Taking care of animals, respecting their history and supporting initiatives that speak of goodness in the language of action are part of our brand values.
