DELUXE COMPLEX from V.O.G DOG SALON:

• Fruit mask with silk proteins (moisturizes and softens skin, prevents dryness and flaking; strengthens hair follicles, making them strong and stimulating the growth of beautiful fur; saturates the fur with beneficial components, making it smooth, elastic, and shiny; prevents penetration of ions from exhaust gases on the street, making the fur of the Tail clean, shiny, and smooth)
• Full pawdicure (trimming and filing nails, shaping, grinding, antimicrobial treatment, and moisturizing of the interdigital folds, treatment of paws with protective wax)
• Teeth cleaning (using special toothpaste for Tails to keep tooth enamel clean and healthy)
• Anal gland cleaning (if the secretion cannot be naturally released, our masters will help your Tail get rid of it, to maintain health)

🔹 Only healthy and vaccinated animals are accepted for grooming.

🔸 When serviced by a Stylist TOP Groomer, TOP Groomer the price increases by +250 UAH, +150 UAH respectively.

🔹 If your pet waits for you more than 30 minutes after grooming is finished, we may add a “holding fee” of 100 to 200 UAH per 30 minutes, depending on the size of the pet.

🔸 All procedures, including ultrasonic teeth cleaning, are performed in our salons without any sedatives/anesthesia.

🔹 Puppies under 5 months get a 20% discount on all grooming packages, and kittens under 6 months have a dedicated care package at a special, affordable price.

🔸 We may refuse service if your Tail is behaving aggressively or for other reasons.

🔹 Full payment for services is also required if the Pet behaved very aggressively, leading to the injury of the master and premature stoppage of necessary procedures or if such behavior posed a threat to the Pet’s health.

🔸 If a client has previously canceled an appointment, we reserve the right to request a partial prepayment of 50% for scheduling the next visit. This is necessary to compensate for the groomer’s time, possible transportation expenses, and the reserved time slot that could have been used by another client in the event of another cancellation. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice and approval from the administrator is considered a cancellation, and in such cases a prepayment will also be required for the next appointment. 🔸We may refuse to allow Tails Owners to stay in the grooming room if multiple animals are being serviced at the same time.
